双层螺旋CT对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:评价双层螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析60例经临床手术探查证实为腰椎间盘突出症的双层螺旋CT扫描资料。结果:双层螺旋CT诊断与手术的符合率为96.7%。椎间盘边缘突出限局性软组织影发现率100%,硬膜囊受压移位36例,神经根受压、移位和增粗28例,有神经根湮没水肿者16例。伴有许莫氏结节者13例,有椎间盘真空现象者8例。结论:双层螺旋CT能清楚显示腰椎间盘突出及其方向、程度以及硬膜囊、神经根受压情况,对诊断腰椎间盘突出症有较高的价值。Objective： To study the diagnosis value of multiplayer spiral CT（MSCT） on hernia intervertebral discs. Method： The CT materials of 60 cases of patients who verified in hernia of intervertebral discs by operation were studied by retrospective survey. Result： The rates of conformity of MSCT and operation was 96.7%. The discovery rates of limited tissue image of intervertebral discs rime was 100%. The dural pressed and displaced was 36 cases. The nerve root pressed, displaeed, thicken was 28 cases. The nerve root failed into oblivion and oedema was 16 cases. The compained schmarlnot was 13 cases. The intervertebral discs vacuum phenomenon 8 cases. Conclusion： The CT clearly show the hernia of intervertebral discs direction, degree, dural and nerve root situation.
