摘 要:通过对住院医生规范化培训的必要性等9个问题进行问卷调查,结果表明:正规化培训很有必要,定期考核和完成译文、综述、论文写作促进了业务提高,个人成才靠综合因素。针对多数对培训细则与考核要求不甚了解、科室对住院医生培养发展不平衡、有多种因素影响培训工作等问题,提出今后培训工作应有医院自身特色,抓住培训中的薄弱环节,狠抓培训质量,教育处在培训中应发挥监督、保障和协调作用。Through the return of 9 questionnaires relating to the necessity of the standardization training of resident doctors,it is shown by the answers that such a training is very much needed.Peri- odic examinations and the requirement of language translation,summarization and thesis writing stimu- late the upgrading of professional quality.It must be recognized,however,that the promotion of indi- vidual professional skill depends on a complexity of factors.In View of the fact that in most cases train- ing rules and examination requirements are not well understood and followed,the training work is not done equally satisfactory in different departments naturally.The factors affecting the result of training are many,it is proposed that each hospital should have something of its own charateristics.In the course of training,the weak link should be strengthened,the work quality should be greatly raised,and the education department should play its roles of supervision,support and coordination.
