中药敷贴抗哮喘血清对豚鼠体外气管条张力的影响和时效分析

摘　　要：目的：通过血清药理学方法，观察中药循经敷贴法对抗由氯化乙酰胆碱（ACH）引起豚鼠体外螺旋气管条的收缩作用，并对药物作用进行时效分析。方法：①用Hutson法复制豚鼠哮喘模型，诱喘后治疗组每日用中药敷贴60rain，9．0g／L氯化钠注射液组采用9．0g／L氯化钠注射液浸润纱布敷贴；阳性对照组按400mg／kg用氨茶碱溶液浸润纱布进行敷贴，方法同治疗组；氨茶碱腹腔注射纽按400mg／kg直接腹腔注射氨茶碱。7d后处死，取血清。②治疗组于敷药1，7，14d后处死，取血清。用血清药理学方法，做血清对豚鼠体外气管条收缩影响的实验，分别计算收缩百分比。结果：①中药循经敷贴法能对抗ACH的收缩作用，疗效与氨茶碱腹腔注射作用等同。②在一定时间内，体外气管条的收缩百分率随药物作用时间延长而减少，但治疗7～14d，其作用趋于稳定。结论：对抗ACH解痉作用是中药循经敷贴法治疗哮喘的机制之一，并有一定的时效关系。Objective ：To observe the effects of serum from guinea pig asthma model treated Dy neroai penetration in relaxing spiral tracheal strips constriction induced by acetylcholine （ACH） and analyse its time-effect. Method ：①Asthma model of guinea pig was induced according to Hutson＇s way sensitizing, the treatment group was treated with herbal penetration along meridians for 60 minutes, the negative control group was treated with 9.0 g/ L NaCl penetration along meridians by gauze, the positive control group was treated with Aminophylline penetration along meridians by gauze, 500 ml/L alcohol as solvent, Aminophylline injection group was administered with intraperitoneal injection of Aminophylline. Seven days later, the serum was islolated after execution of guinea pigs. ② The treatment group was executed at 1 st, 7 th, 14 th day. After the preparation of serum, the serum pharmacological test was employed. Serum was added to the tracheal strip to observe the direct action against the tracheal strip constriction iuduced by ACH. The shrinkage rate was calculated. Result：①Herbal penetration treatment along meridians can antagonize the excitability of ACH, just like Aminophylline injection. ②Within a definite time, the contract rate of the in intro tracheal strip decreased in proportion to the time and tended to be stable 7 - 14 days after treatment. Conclusion： Anti-aeetylcholine and relaxing tracheal constriction may be one of the mechanisms of herbal penetration treatment along meridians for asthma, and there is a time-effect relationship.
