摘  要:本文对钢中As的来源、As在炼钢过程中的属性及As对钢的热塑性影响进行了综述,从理论上探讨了热轧过程中As的变化特点。通过完善轧制工艺,解决了As≤0.15%的低碳钢热塑性差导致热轧开裂的技术难题。This article summarized the source of arsenic in steel, the properties of arsenic during the melting process and the influence of arsenic on the hot plasticity of steel. It also theoretically discussed the behavior of arsenic during the hot rolling. Improved rolling technology effectively eliminates the cracking of low carbon steel with arsenic being less than or equal to 0. 15% during the hot rolling due to its poor hot plasticity.
