摘　　要：本文主要是从轧制油基础油的微观结构、乳化剂的特征、防锈性能等三个方面对FR-156H这种轧制油进行油品性能的评价,为宝日汽车板酸轧机组选取适宜的轧制油作技术上的准备。同时也阐述了轧制油性能与控制冷轧带钢表面质量的关系,对如何选取适宜的轧制油具有一定的借鉴作用。Based on the microstructure of the base oil of the cold-rolling oil, characteristics of the emulsifying agent and rust- preventing performance, this article evaluates the capabilities of the cold-rolling oil-FR-156H, providing the technical preparation of selecting appropriate cold-rolling oil for PL-TCM of BNA. It also describes the relation between the cold-rolling oil capabilities and the Surface quality of the cold-rolled sheets, which, to a certain extent, can be used as a reference in selecting appropriate cold-rolling oils.
