摘　　要：在介绍双圆弧齿轮轮齿齿廓曲线的解析表达式后，选用较好的节点分布模型，建立轮齿节点自动生成规则，编排并调试了节点自动生成程序ＣＧＦＰ１和建立并调试了轮齿单元自动剖分程序ＣＧＦＰ２。利用介绍的程序，可直接生成满足有限元法分析通用软件所需的数据文件，从而大大提高双圆弧齿轮轮齿强度、刚度数值分析的效率。After an introduction of the analytical expression of the flank profile curve of a double circular- arc gear tooth, by selecting preferable node distribution model, the program forming rule of the nodes on gear tooth is established, the node forming program CGFP1 and the tooth element dividing program CGFP2 are programed and tested. By using these programs, the data file satisfying the requirement of the universal sofeware for the finite element analysis can be formed directly, therefore the efficiency for analyzing the strength and rigidity of the double circular-arc gear teeth can be remarkably improved.
