摘　　要：目的：探讨术中纤维胆道镜造影取石治疗肝内小胆管结石的应用价值。方法：应用Olympus CHF-20Q型纤维胆道镜于术中在X线透视下对72例肝内小胆管进行选择性胆道造影取石。结果：经纤维胆道镜、X线透视胆管内无结石存留61例（占总例数的84．7％），术后胆道镜二次取石后无结石存留9例，困含石小胆管过度弯曲纤胆镜无法进入，术中术后均无法取尽2例。操作经过顺利，术后无胆道感染、出血、腹泻等并发症发生。结论：术中应用纤维胆道镜造影取石治疗肝内小胆管结石具有操作简便、成功率高、残石率低等特点，是一种治疗肝内胆管小结石实用价值较高和较有应用前途的取石方法。Objective： To investigate clinical value of fibrocholedochoscopy combined with cholangiography for stones in minor bile ducts in liver during operation. Methods： Fibrocholedochoscopy Olympus CHF-20Q combined with cholangiography was used for cleaning stones in minor bile ducts in liver in 72 cases during operation.Results： The cure cases without remaining stones were 61/72 （84.7%）, 9 cases were cured by fibrocholedochoscopy postoperation ,and 2 cases were failed .Operations were performed successfully and no severe complication took place such as infection, bleeding, diarrhea. Conclusion： Fibrocholedochoscopy is a practical therapy combined with cholangiography for stones in minor bile ducts in liver during operation.
