纤维支气管镜在呼吸系统疾病抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）介入对呼吸系统疾病抢救的应用价值。方法：使用PENTAX便携式纤支镜对呼吸系统急重症患者在床边实施纤支镜检查及治疗。结果：在29例急重症患者中紧急吸痰，排除气道梗阻或窒息，抢救窒息性大咯血，明确呼吸困难、肺不张或大咯血原因，紧急经鼻气管插管等均取得良好疗效，明确了病变部位，同时收集痰液作细菌培养及药物敏感试验指导临床治疗。结论：纤支镜在呼吸道急重症患者的抢救中可发挥积极、有效的诊治作用，值得推广。Objective： To observe application value of fibrobronchoscope intervention to respiratory system diseases. Methods： Using PENTAX portable fibrobronchoscope to carry out fibroptic bronchoscopy and treatment for the emergent-severe patients at bedside. Results： In 29 cases of emergent-severe patients, we obtained curative effect by sucking sputum urgently, excluding airway obstruction or choke, making clear the reason of dyspnea, pulmonary atelectasis or severely hemoptysis, doing tracheal tube through nose urgently and so on; found out pathological locality; meanwhile collected sputum for bacterial cuture and medicine sensitive test to induct clinical theatment. Conclusions： Fibrobronchoscope is worth popularizing, because it can exert active and effective function about diagnosing or treating disease.
