摘　　要：45·R牙轮钻机是上世纪70年代末由美国BE公司引进的大型露天矿山穿孔设备,其调速方式落后,调速范围窄,力矩小,过载能力差,对于冲击负荷大的场合,尤其不适用,电机极易烧损,作业不安全。本文介绍的是45-R钻机回转和提升,走行系统采用交流变频调速传动方案及其具有卓越的调速性能和显著的节能效果。45-R rotary drilling machine is a drilling device used in large mines in the open air. It is developed by America＇s BE Company in 1970s. The speed adjusting way lagged, speed variation range is narrow, torque is small and overloading ability is low. It is impropriate for the situation with heavy impact load for the motor is easy to be burned and work is unsafe. The article introduces the solution of ac variable frequency speed adjusting used in 45-R driller gyration and elevating-walking system. It has tremendous speed adjusting performance and obvious energy saving effects.rds：
