摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病患者调脂治疗前后胰岛β细胞功能变化。方法50例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症者,分调脂治疗组、未调脂治疗组,以标准馒头餐试验中空腹C肽和餐后30 min C肽作为反映葡萄刺激β细胞胰岛素分泌功能的指标,患者治疗6个月后,观察两组葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌。结果调脂治疗组,餐后30 minC肽分泌与治疗前相比显著增加。结论调脂治疗后,解除脂毒性,可使β细胞功能得到相应改善。Objective To evaluate the effects of lipid - modulating therapy on the islet β cell function in type -Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods Fifty eases of type Ⅱ diabetes with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into lipid - modulating treatment group （ n = 30 ） and control group （ n - 20 ）. The fasting plasma C - peptide and postprandial 30 rain C peptide in the standard steamed bread C-peptide releasing test （SSBT） were measured to exam the function ofβ- cell during OGTT before lipidmodulating treatment and 6 months later in the two group. Results The ,secretion level of postprandial 30 min C - peptide after the lipid - modulating was significantly higher than before in the treatment group, Conclusions The lipid - modulating treatment can release the lipo- toxicity and improve the function ofβ- cell.
