摘　　要：目的评价小剂量甲基强的松龙治疗毛细支气管的疗效.方法将毛细支气管炎患儿58例随机分为2组,治疗组28例,应用小剂量甲强龙静滴;对照组30例常规治疗.结果在喘憋、住院时间缩短等方面治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05～0.01）.结论该方法安全有效.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low dose methylprednisolone （Mps） in the treatment of bronehiolitis. Methods Fifty eight cases with bronehiolitis were randomly divided into the control group （n= 30, routine therapy） and the treatment group （n = 28. intravenous drip of low dose Mps）. Results The duration of pant and wheeze and days in hospital were shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The methylprednisolone was effective and safe for bronchiolitis of children.
