摘　　要：政治文化对政治统治体系的建立、存在和发展具有重大影响。网络的飞速发展赋予政治文化以新的内涵。网络文化具有多元性、层次性、发展性、整合性、高科技性、高时效性、开放性、交互性、虚拟性等显著特征。网络政治文化对于政治体系和公民的政治行为具有重要的影响力。充分认识网络对政治体系及社会主流政治文化产生的影响,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。The political culture has a significant influence on the establishment,existence and development of the political rule system.The rapid development of network endows the political culture with new connotation.The network culture is provided with these marked features such as multivariate,arrangement,developing,conformity,high-tech,high time effect,openness,interaction and dummy.The network political culture impacts the political system and civil political behavior,which will have an important and real significance.
