略论近代以来苏北地方社会的全面衰败

摘　　要：近代以来,黄河北徙、漕河盐三政中心枢纽地位丧失、区域政治地位改变三大因素的共同影响,加之苏北社会内部缺乏自我发展的动力机制,最终导致苏北地方社会在20世纪初期全面衰败。这种衰败是近代中国社会从传统农业文明向现代工业文明急剧转型过程中所遭遇的结构性衰败。As a result of the moving northerly of the Yellow River,the lost of transport pivot,the change of district political status and the lack of self-developing momentum mechanism,the northern Jiangsu local society declined finally in the early period of 20th century.This decline is a constructive decline for the modern China society,which went through the sharp transformation from the traditional agriculture civilization to the modern industrial civilization.
