摘　　要：介绍了基于MSP430F449超低功耗MCU和CS5460专用电能计量芯片组进行设计的,具有低功耗、低成本、高精度特性的电能计量计费终端技术。阐述了系统的组成结构、功能实现及相关的软、硬件模块设计。The technology of based on the low power MCU of MSP430F449 and energy measurement IC of CS5460 which is a highlight of low power, low cost and high accuracy measuring terminal. The structure of system, the way of function realization and the software and hardware is discussed.
