城乡劳动力市场的二元经济理论与政策——统筹城乡发展的洛伦兹分析

摘　　要：经典的二元经济理论和模型为研究发展中国家城乡劳动力二元市场提供了分析基础和工具。基于Harris-Todaro模型的思想,可以建立一个更为简化的二元经济模型,使农民工进城、城市失业、城乡收入差距、社会不平等(基尼系数)等问题能够综合起来加以分析讨论。利用洛伦兹分析方法,政府统筹城乡发展的各种政策选择和政策效应都可以得到清楚的阐述,特别是可以清楚地揭示"发展农村经济,增加农民收入"的科学逻辑。The classical economic theories and models provided analysis basis and tools for modern study on the ruralurban dual labor market in developing countries. Based on the idea of Harris - Todaro model, we construct a more predigested model, which can integrate many problems to analyze, such as farmer inbursting city, unemployment in city, rural - urban income disparity, social inequity （Gini index） and so on. Using Lorenz - curve, the choices and effects of government policies in integrating rural and urban development, especially the science logic of ＂developing rural economy, increasing farmer＇s income＂, can be expounded clearly.
