高血压家系中高血压的重要危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在高血压家系中高血压的相关危险因素。方法:在江苏常州地区,收集高血压家系104个,共846人,含直系亲属517人,通过问卷调查分析高血压的相关危险因素。结果:高血压家系中,性别、文化程度、年龄、血糖和BMI水平均与高血压有显著关联(P<0.01)。结论:高血压家系是开展高血压预防工作的重点。Objective： To study the risk factors of hypertension pedigree. Methods： 104 hypertension pedigrees were investigated, including 846 person in total of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province from 2003 to 2004. There were 517 person who were direct relatives, and the risk factors were analysed by binary logisitic regression. Results： In hypertension pedigree according to binary logistic regression, hypertension were correlated with sex, education, age, serum glucose and BMI, but it was not significant correlated with smoking （P〈0.01）. Conclusion. In hypertension pedigree, gender, education, age, serum glucose and BMI are important risk factors of hypertension, and the hypertension prevention should paid attention to these risk factors.
