摘　　要：目的：探索医院传染病监督管理质量的评价指标体系和综合评价方法.方法：应用系统分析方法,根据传染病监督管理工作综合评价要求,筛选18项评价指标,建立评价指标体系;运用秩和比（RSR）方法对某地综合医院1991～2000年传染病管理质量进行评价.结果：10年间,工作质量综合评价值（RSRw）总体趋势在增大,反映传染病管理工作质量总体在提高,但年度间工作质量有波动,质量可分为3个等级.结论：用该方法综合评价,能全面、客观地反映传染病管理工作全貌与实际,评价结果不仅能排序,而且能进行优劣分级.Objective： To explore comprehensive evaluation system on the management of infectious diseases in hospitals.methods： 18 indices were set up by using systematic analytical method and the quality of infectious diseases management in a comprehensive hospital from 1991 to 2000 was evaluated by with the method of rank sum ratio （RSR） . Results： Generaly, In the ten years, the value of RSRw in this hospital had been rising, that was to say, the quality control level of infectious diseases had been rising. But it was sometimes fluctuating and could be classified into three grades.conclusion： With this method, the management of infectious diseases can be shown completely and actually. The evaluation results not only can be set in sequence, but also can be classed.
