摘  要:讨论微波介质谐振器介电常数与品质因数的测量技术、测量基本原理及有关参数的计算方法,同时也较详细地给出了实际测量中模式的判别方法及测量误差分析,并结合所用仪器的实验测量误差与理论误差进行比较.通过上述分析可知该方法对介电常数的测量较为精确,而对无载品质因数的测量误差相对较大,且随样品介电常数、高度的增大,测量误差减小.In the present paper, the dielectric rod resonator technique for the measuring of permittivity and quality factor of microwave dielectric ceramics, including the fundamental measuring principles and calculating formula of the related parameters was elaborately discussed. Meanwhile the mode distinguishing method for the measurement as well as the measuring errors were investigated. Through the above analysis, one can find that precise values of permittivity can be obtained in the present method with, however, relatively larger Q - factor measuring errors. What' s more the errors decreased with the increase of permittivity and sample height.
