摘　　要：通过对科技档案管理的现状与特点的分析,介绍了开发科技档案管理系统,即根据当前办公自动化的发展,结合科技档案管理的特点进行了系统结构设计。并对其各部分功能和使用进行了详细地阐述。After analyzing the present conditions and characteristics of the scientific archive management, how to develop the scientific archive system is introduced. The structural design and detail design of the system based on the present development of the office automation system are implemented. The function of each part of the system is expatiated.
