摘　　要：在影响固定资产价值的各种因素中,成新率指标是影响固定资产价值的关键因素。建立了军口863项目固定资产成新率的评价体系;提出了运用多级模糊综合评价法求出成新率的具体操作方法;最后利用重置成本法确定了固定资产的价值。Residue ratio is one of the key factors in the evaluation of fixed assets. The appraising index system of the residue ratio to the fixed assets belonging to Army 863 Item is designed. The operating method using multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is advanced to make sure the residue ratio. The value of the fixed assets is figured out by dint of the replacement cost method.
