摘 要:把超细材料(二氧化硅、天然沸石)添加到无机絮凝剂当中,进行了城市污水处理的试验研究和猪场粪污水深度处理的初步研究。结果表明,对于城市污水,无机絮凝剂的复合使用效果好于单一絮凝剂;絮凝剂中添加少量的超细SiO2、沸石能提高絮凝效果,对COD的去除率可提高约26%,污泥体积减少32%,增加了污泥密度并降低了后续处理的难度,沉降时间也大为缩短(比未添加超细材料的絮凝剂)。超细复合絮凝材料在对猪场粪污水的深度处理中也有较好的效果:添加超细材料的絮凝剂可提高对污水的脱色率,明显地提高了出水的pH值。Experiment on treating municipal sewage by mixing the micro-size materials (SiO2 and natural zeolite) with inorganic flocculants was carried out. A preliminary experiment of further disposing swine wastewater with the method was conducted as well. The results indicate that the compounds of inorganic flocculants have better effects than single flocculants in municipal sewage treatment. The addition of small quantity of micro-size SiO2 and zeolite to flocculants promotes a flocculating effect. The removal rate of COD can be enhanced by 26%, and the sludge volume can be reduced by 32% with the increase of sludge density. Therefore, the difficulty of the follow-up treatment was decreased. The sedimentation times of compound flocculants are reduced by 49.0% and 54.8% respectively than the times of the single flocculants. Micro-size compound flocculants also have a desired effect for further treatment of swine wastewater. The addition of micro-size materials can enhance discolored efficiency, thus dramatically improve pH values.
