摘 要:文章论述了纺织品的拒水拒油机理以及整理剂的选择,并应用纳米材料和有机氟树脂复配的整理剂对纯毛绒线进行了拒水拒油整理工艺的研究,采用经实验得到的整理优化工艺条件,对纯毛绒线进行整理,可赋予绒线优良的拒水拒油性能且具有耐久性,整理对后绒线的强力没有影响。The principles of textile water and oil repelleney are discussed in the paper, The water and oil repellent agents are selected. The compound finishing agent of nanometer material and organic fluorine is used in the finish of pure woolen knitting yarn in order to improve its water and oil repellence. The woolen yarn is finished under the condition of the optimized parameters obtained by the experiment. The water repellency, oil repellency of the yarn are very good aceordiag to standards AATCC - 22 and AATCC - 11. The durability of washing and dry cleaning is good. The finish has no influence on the tensile strength of yarn.
