摘　　要：通过对飞机ZB液压泵柱塞失效原因的分析,提出了修复该零件的新工艺。采用镀覆Cu-N i-W D镀层体系,提高了镀层与基体、镀层与工作层的结合力,增加了修复层的硬度,改善了柱塞配合面的耐磨性,使修理质量得到了提高。A new repairing technology is proposed based on the failure analysis of worn piston of aircraft ZB Hydraulic Pump. The adhesion between the coating and coating, coating and basis material is increased by using the Cu-Ni-W D coating system, and the hardness of the repairing coating is increased. So the wear resistance of the repairing surface of piston and the repairing quality are improved.
