摘　　要：主要介绍了铸造高速钢轧辊的化学成分及性能特点,分析了高速钢轧辊在实际使用过程中产生问题的原因,并结合现场实际提出了相应的改进措施,对高速钢辊的使用具有很好的借鉴意义。The components, properties and characteristics of casting high speed steel （HSS） roll are introduced. The problems in application of HSS roll have been analyzed, and the corresponding resolutions are also preferred. It is a great significance to speed up the application of HSS roll in China.
