摘　　要：一个产业的发展过程中,通常会引发其它具有竞争力的新产业,进而联成产业集群。产业集群是指在特定领域中,同时具有竞争与合作关系,且在地理上集中,有交互关联性的企业、专业化供应商、服务供应商、相关产业的厂商,以及相关的机构(如大学、制定标准化的机构、行业协会等)。The development of a certain industry may breed some new competitive industries, which eventually lead to industrial dusters. Industrial dusters refer to some organizations in the specified area, both competing and collaborating, geographically intensive, and interdependent, induding enterprises, specification suppliers, service supplier and other institutions （eg.underatities and colleges,trade union and the sectors making standerds,etc.）
