摘 要:在熔融法制备不溶性硫磺的过程中,对3种卤化物稳定剂进行了考察。结果表明,稳定剂KCl用量0.6%,反应时间1h,反应温度260℃,不溶性硫磺收率为17.09%;稳定剂KBr用量0.8%,反应时间90min,反应温度280℃,不溶性硫磺收率为28.5%;稳定剂KI用量0.6%,反应时间1h,反应温度240℃,不溶性硫磺收率为29.3%。对3种稳定剂所制备的不溶性硫磺充环烷油、脂肪烃油、芳烃油处理,比较了工艺油的品种和稳定剂的协同作用对不溶性硫磺热稳定性的影响。在3种工艺油中,以充芳烃油的不溶性硫磺的热稳定性最高;以KI制备的不溶性硫磺充油后的热稳定性最好。同时初步讨论了工艺油种类和无机卤化物对抑制不溶性硫磺还原的作用机理。Insoluble sulfur (IS) was prepared with melting technology using the halide KCl, KBr and KI as stabilizers. The results showed that under the condition of amount of stabilizer KCl of 0.6%, 260 ℃ and 60 rain, 17.09% yield of IS was obtained. Under the condition of amount of stabilizer KBr of 0.8%, 280℃ and 90 min, 28.5% yield of IS was achieved. Under the condition of amount of stabilizer KI of 0.6%, 240℃ and 60 min, yield of IS was 29.30%. On the base of IS treated with different oils such as naphthenic oil, paraffinic oil and arene oil, respectively, the synergistic effects of pro- cessing oil types and stabilizers on the thermal stability were compared. The thermal stability of IS treated with arene oil is highest among three types of processing oil. When IS was treated with same processing oil, the thermal stability of IS prepared with KI is best among three stabilizers. The working mechanism of processing oil types and halide stabilizer for inhibiting IS reversion was discussed.
