台商投资大陆的产业类型与区位选择的实证分析——以传统产业和高技术产业为例

摘　　要：本文采用回归方法,分析了台商投资大陆的传统产业和高技术产业与区位选择的关系。通过研究发现:无论传统产业还是高技术产业,在市场因素、劳动力因素、投资环境、集聚因素等方面都呈现出不同的偏好和诸多共同的特征。在未来的区域分布上,高技术产业由于受集聚经济的影响很大,其扩散效应将不明显,而传统产业受劳动力因素的制约和受当地市场的吸引,将逐步青睐中西部的配套环境较好的地区。Using regress method, the article analyzing the location choice of Taiwan＇ s investment in Chinese mainland. It makes the one- Variable regression analysis of the factors that affect Taiwan＇ s investment, then analyzes the important degree of the location factors through multivariable regression analysis and finally comes to the conclusion： Whether traditional industry or high technique industry, in the market factor, labor force factor, investment environment and cluster economy etc ,present a different hobby and many common characteristics. In the future, cluster economy will be the most important factor to affect the location choice of Taiwan＇ s high technique industry investment in Chinese mainland, its proliferation effect won＇t be obvious, and affected by labor force factor and the local market, traditional industry will gradually favor the Western Region and Middle Region.
