摘 要:在聚丙烯(PP)切片中添加0.2% ̄0.6%的四价硬脂酸铈(CeSt4)作为光敏剂,经熔融共混纺丝制成PP/CeSt4共混纤维。通过人工加速紫外光降解试验,研究了CeSt4对PP共混纤维光降解性能的影响,并与传统的光降解剂硬脂酸铁(FeSt3)相比较。结果表明:CeSt4对PP共混纤维的光降解具有光催化作用,并且含量越高,其光催化作用就越强。在相同的光敏剂添加量下,含0.6%CeSt4的PP共混纤维,引发光降解的速率更快。可见,CeSt4也是PP的一种有效光敏剂。Different contents of Ceric Stearatc (CeSt4) were added into polypropytene (PP) to prcparc PP/ CeSt4 compositc, which wcre spun into fibers. The effect of CeSt4 on mcchanical properties of iPP during artificial accelerated UV light weathering were studied. And it was compared with popular photodegradant FeSta. The results showed that CcSt4 could induce PP degradation more effectively at the same content, and as the contents increased, CeSt4 had a highcr dcgradation ability with a short induction period.
