摘 要:目的:探讨不同剂量慢性染氟对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:选用Wistar大鼠46只,随机分为对照组、低氟组、高氟组3组,分别饮用自来水(对照组),100 mg/L(低氟组),200 mg/L(高氟组)的氟化钠溶液,5个月后用Y—迷宫实验观察慢性氟中毒对大鼠学习记忆行为的影响。结果:与对照组大鼠Y—迷宫实验学会所需次数(58.83±25.12)相比,低氟组(73.95±9.77)和高氟组(77.37±8.69)的大鼠学会所需次数明显增加(P<0.05),且随染氟剂量的增加学会所需次数亦增加,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:提示慢性氟中毒对大鼠学习记忆能力有显著的影响。Objective:It was observed that the influence on the capability of learning - memory behavior of rats were assessed. Method: In choosing 46 Wistar rats were divided into three group: the control group , the low fluorine group, the high fluorine group, then given byl00mg/L and 200mg/L NaF solution and free water (control group ) respectivdy, five months later, the influences of drinking different concentration of NaF on the capability of learning - memory behavior of rats were assessed by using Y - maze. Results: In contrast to the control group, the learning times of Y-hbyrinth experiment of 100mg/L and 200mg/L NaF solution were higher than control group(P 〈 0.05 ) , which related with the consistence of fluorine to a certain extent. Conclusions: Fluorosis had significant damages on the rats' capacity of learning-memory.
