摘  要:目的:测定枸杞中果肉、种子及全果中铁、铜、锌、钾、钠、钙、镁、锰、锂、锶元素的含量,并比较其元素含量的差异,为临床应用提供依据。方法:火焰原子吸收法。结果:钾、钠、钙在果肉中含量较种子中丰富,而镁和锰在种子中含量比果肉中高得多,锶的含量只有1.535μg/g,比果肉42.511μg/g少得多。铜的含量果肉中12.593μg/g,而种子中只有6.930μg/g。全果中各种元素含量均居果肉和种子之间。结论:各种元素在果肉、种子及全果中含量有明显差异,因而对不同元素缺乏症应视具体情况服用果肉、种子或全果。Objective: To determine the contents of dements in the lycii include Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ge, Li, K, Na, Ca, Mg and Sr and to compare the differences of the contents in order to provide foundations for clinic. Methods: determine the contents with blaze atomic absorbing spectrophotometry to determine the contents. Results: The contents of K, Ca, Na in fleshes are rich than in seeds. But the contents of Mg and Mn in seeds are obviously rich than in fleshes. The content of Sr in seeds is 1.535μg/g, while 42.511μg/g in fleshes. The content of Cu in fleshes is 12.593 og/g,but only 6.930μg/g in seeds. The contents of dements in all fruits are between the fleshes and seeds. Conclusion: The contents of elements in fleshes, seeds, and all fruits have obvious differences. So fleshes, seeds and all fruits should be taken differently for different dements deficiency disease.
