摘  要:研究了优生素对草杂雏鸡生长性能和淋巴器官发育的影响。试验选用100只一日龄草杂雏鸡,随机分为两组,即对照组和试验组,50只/组。基础日粮相同,优生素按照500g/t添加到基础日粮中。试验结束时,每组随机取10只鸡解剖采集胸腺、腔上囊、脾脏等淋巴器官样品,置于Bouin固定液中固定,常规方法制作组织切片,HE染色,Olympus显微镜观察、拍照。结果表明,试验组鸡的日增重较对照组高,差异显著(p<0.05);采食量试验组鸡较对照组低,但差异不显著(p>0.05);料肉比试验组鸡较对照组低,差异不显著(p>0.05);试验组鸡的胸腺小叶皮质增厚,胸腺小体增多;腔上囊皱襞发达,退化延缓;脾脏的脾小结体积增大,脾动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚。结论,优生素可提高雏鸡日增重,提高饲料转化率,促进胸腺和腔上囊的早期发育,延缓腔上囊的退化,增强脾的免疫应答反映。The effect of the prebiotic chicken's performance and lymphoid organ's developing were studied in the experiment.100 oneday age chickens were selected in this experiment and was divide into random contrast group and experiment group, 50/group.the basic diet is the same, prebiotics of 500g/t added to the basic diet. At end the experiment, 10 chick's were selected every groups and kill them to take out of thymu, bursas of fabricius and spleen, the samples were fixed in the Bouin liquid, produce the slice and H E dyeing. The slice was observed and photograph under the microscope of OLYMPUS. The result reveals that the experiment group increases were weight gain day than the contrast group. The difference is remarkable (9 〈0.05), while day food yield is not remarkable (p 〉0.05), the rate of food to meat in experimented group is less them the contract group, In the experiment group, the cortex of thymic lobule, bursa fibrous and Periarterial Lymphatic Sheaths thicken obviously splenic nodule and ellipsoid augmented, the plica of bursas of Fabrieious developed well and the degenerating of it retarded. The result shows that the Prebioties could enhance the early development of thymus and bursas of Fabricius, retard the degenerating of bursas of Fabricius, and promote the immune response of spleen.
