河南省农业信息化发展中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：简要论述了河南省农业信息化的发展概况,指出了河南省农业信息化存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了河南省农业信息化进一步发展的思路与对策。主要结论为:(1)加强组织领导,树立信息化意识,推进示范工程;(2)开展农业信息技术支持研究,突出三个重点;(3)加快服务体系建设,解决最后一公里问题;(4)加速引进、培养和造就一支高素质农业信息技术人才队伍;(5)整合农业信息网络资源,避免重复建设,提高农业信息化整体水平;(6)制定农业信息化政策法规,正确处理“责、权、利”三者之间关系。The general development stations of agricultural information in Henan province were discussed, and the existing main problems were pointed out in Henan province. Based on this, the thinking and countermeasures of developing agricultural information furtherly were put forward in Henan province. The results show that： 1. strengthen the organization and leadership of agricu｜tural information, establish the consciousness of information, carry forward the demonstration project; 2. develop the study of agricultural information technique supporting, and stress three key points; 3. speed up the construction of service system, solve the problem of ＂one-kilometer＂; 4. quicken the recomondation, fostering and training of a high quality team of agricultural information technique talent; 5. reorganize the resources of agricultural information net to avoid repeat construction, raise the whole level of agrictdtural information; 6. formulate the policies, laws and regulations of agricultural information, deal with the relationship among the responsibility, authority and profit correctly.
