摘  要:研究人参皂甙Rgl对大鼠游泳过程中血糖和相关的血糖调节激素的血浓度变化的影响,为阐明其抗疲劳机制提供实验依据。连续两天给大鼠腹腔注射人参皂甙Rgl后,测定其力竭游泳时间、不同游泳时间后血糖、血胰岛素和血胰高血糖素浓度。人参皂甙Rgl给药组力竭游泳时间长于对照组;游泳过程中,给药组大鼠血糖浓度下降较慢,血胰岛素和血胰高血糖素浓度变化幅度较小。人参皂甙Rgl对游泳大鼠具有减缓血糖下降,预防运动性低血糖发生的作用,这种作用可能是由于相关血糖调节激素的分泌或活性变化引起。To understand the mechanisms underlying the anti - fatigue actions of ginsenoside Rgl ( GS Rgl ), we examined the eifects of GS Rgl on the carbohydrate metabolism and the serum levels of related hormones in swimming rats. Metheds: after rats were injected intraperitoneally with GS Rgl for two days, in addition to swimming time to exhaustion, the serum levels of glucose, insulin and glucogen were measured immediately following the termination of different swimming periods. "lhe exhaustive swimming time of GS Rgl - treated animals were markedly longer than vehicle - treated control rats. During swimming, the decline of the serum glucose levels and insulin, and the increases in blood glucogen of GS Rgl - treated rats were slower significantly compared with control rats. Conclusion:GS Rgl can reduce the decline of glycogen and prevent the low blood glucose in exercise, those effect perhaps coursed by the excrete or activity change of related hormones.
