摘 要:研究了添加微量稀土氧化物Y2O3和机械合金化所制备的90W-7Ni-3Fe合金的显微组织与性能。试验采用机械合金化工艺制备含微量稀土氧化物Y2O3的90W-7Ni-3Fe复合粉末,将粉末在1460~1480℃烧结30min,制备最大抗拉强度大于962MPa、延伸率为30.8%、钨晶粒尺寸为8~12μm的细晶高性能90W-7Ni-3Fe合金。研究了稀土氧化物Y2O3对合金性能和显微组织结构特征的影响。The microstructure and properties of 90W-7Ni-3Fe prepared by adding minor rare earth oxide Y2O3 and mechanical alloying were studied. In the experiment, the 90W-TNi-3Fe powder containing Y2O3 was subjected to mechanical alloying to form a composite powder, then the powder was pressed and sintered at 1 460-1 480 ℃ for 30 min, the fine grain tungsten heavy alloy with ideal mechanical properties was obtained, in which the spherical tungsten grain was 8-12 μm, the maximum tensile strength was about 962 MPa, and its elongation was 30.8%. The influences of Y2O3 on the microstructure and properties were discussed.
