摘  要:以Ti,Ni和C为原料利用HVOF合成技术制备TiC-Ni涂层,对所制备的涂层进行滑动磨损试验,并利用扫描电镜观察涂层磨损失效形式。结果表明,粉末组成中Ni含量对涂层的滑动磨损性能影响较大,Ni含量较低时随Ni含量的升高磨损失质量降低,Ni含量过高时,涂层磨损失重反而升高。工艺参数中,氧气流量和燃气流量对涂层磨损性能的影响呈不同的变化规律,适中的氧气流量、燃气流量条件下制备的涂层磨损率较低。涂层滑动磨损失效主要有粘结相的优先犁削和碳化物剥落。失效过程中碳化物颗粒的剥落对涂层磨损起关键作用,涂层中的粘结相、氧化物和孔隙对疲劳裂纹的扩展有很大的影响。The sliding wear performances of reactive HVOF TiC-Ni coating were studied by a sliding wear abrasive tester. The result showed that Ni content had a great influence on the coatings wear properties. For low Ni content, coating weight loss decreased with NJ contents increasing, whereas, for high Ni content, the coating weight loss increased with Ni content increasing. The influences of flow rate of O2 and C3H6 on the wear weight loss of the coatings were also discussed. Furthermore the wear mechanism of the coating was detected through analyzing the morphology features of sliding surface. In the process of sliding wear the sliding wear of coating mainly occurred in the cutting of Ni binder phase and carbide peeled off subsequently. The Ni binder phase, oxide and hole in the coatings had a great influence on the crackle extending.
