摘  要:论文以硝酸铁、硝酸钡和蔗糖为原料,通过蔗糖水解、氧化并与金属离子络合形成羧酸盐类前驱体。借助DTA/TG、FT-IR及XRD谱等手段研究了前驱体热解过程与产物相形成。研究表明,热处理该前驱体得到单相六角钡铁氧体(M-BaFe12O19)。研究了多种合成条件对产物相组成的影响,发现初始Fe/Ba离子比为11.5的前驱体在1100℃经2小时热处理后可得六角片状、粒度为300-400nm的单相钡铁氧体超细粉末。New precursor containing a carboxyl compound was prepared with metal nitrates and sugar as raw materials by hydrolysis and redox processes. DTA/TGA, FT-IR and XRD techniques were used to investigate the thermal decomposition of the as-dried precursor and the phase evolution of calcined powder. The results revealed that the single phase barium hexaferrite powders can be synthesized after the precursors were calcined. The molar ratio of Ba^2+ to Fe^3+ influenced significantly the formation of barium hexaferrite. TEM observation showed that the particle size of barium ferrite is about 300-400hm with hexagonal shape after the precursor was calcined at 1100℃ for 2h.
