摘  要:研究了含0.020wt%Zr和未加Zr两种低合金高强钢中夹杂物的特征。结果表明,钢中加入微量Zr对夹杂物具有明显的变质作用,夹杂物MnS依附在Zr、Ti、A l的复合氧化物上形核并生长。加入0.020wt%Zr对试验钢调质态的力学性能影响不明显,但可显著提高热影响区力学性能。热影响区中复合稳定的夹杂物促使针状铁素体的形成,减少了粗大铁素体的数量,从而提高了热影响区的力学性能。The feature of the inclusion in two high strength low alloy (HSLA) steels with 0. 020wt% Zr and without Zr addition was studied. The results show that the 0. 020wt% Zr addition in steel modifies the inclusion remarkably. The inclusion MnS is attached to complex oxide of Zr,Ti and Al, then nucleated and grow. The 0. 020wt% Zr addition exhibits little influence on the mechanical properties of the HSLA steels in the quenched and tempered state, but improves the mechanical properties of HAZ notably. The complex stable inclusions in HAZ promote the acicular ferrite formation therefore reducing the coarse ferrite. Consequently the mechanical properties of HAZ are improved.
