摘 要:Ti-IF钢经铁素体区热轧、退火后,用电子探针和扫描电镜研究了析出物的尺寸、形貌、分布等特征和析出方式。讨论了析出物的析出机制和脱氧产物对析出物的影响。结果表明,铁素体区轧制与传统轧制方式的析出物相同;析出物多在晶内析出,少量在晶界上析出,析出方式以单独析出为主,存在TiN-TiC和TiN-A l2O3的复合析出。Ti-IF steel was hot-rolled in the ferrite region and annealed, the precipitates characteristic such as size, morphology, distribution was analyzed by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The precipitation mechanism and the effect of deoxidation production on precipitates were discussed. The results show that the precipitates characteristic of ferrite-rolled Ti-IF steels is same as the traditional technology, most of the precipitates are appeared in the grain inner, a few are appeared on the grain boundary, some TiN-TiC and TiN-Al2O3 are com- plex precipitation.
