摘 要:目的:探讨自发性高血压鼠脑动脉神经肽Y受体Y1(NeuropeptideYreceptorY1,NPY-RY1)在高血压时期脑血液循环的神经源性调节作用,探讨NPY-RY1在高血压的发生和维持中的作用。方法:应用免疫印迹(Westernblotting)技术,观察自发性高血压鼠脑基底动脉NPY-RY1的表达变化;应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR),以β-actin为内参照基因,检测自发性高血压鼠脑基底动脉NPY-RY1mRNA的表达变化;结果:自发性高血压鼠脑基底动脉NPY-RY1的表达及NPY-RY1mRNA的表达均较正常血压鼠明显增加。结论:NPY-RY1在高血压鼠脑血液循环的神经源性调节以及在高血压的发生和维持中可能起重要作用。Objective: To detect the effects of NPY-R Y1 on cerebral artery in spontaneously hypertensive rats, and explore its function concerning with the occurrence and maintenance of hypertension. Methods: 8 spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) and 8 normotensive Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY), used as control group, were studied with Western blotting and reverse transcription polymerse chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Expression levels of NPY-R Y1 and NPY-R Y1 mRNA of cerebral basilar artery in SHR were obviously higher than that of WKY. Conclusions: NPY-R Y1 participate in the maintenance and development of hypertension. It suggest that NPY-R Y1 may play an important role in pathogenesis of hypertension and the neurogenic regulation of eerebrovascularization.
