钩吻总碱注射液对麻醉大鼠呼吸、血压、心电及脑电的影响

摘　　要：本文报道钩吻总碱注射液对麻醉大鼠呼吸、血压、心电及脑电的影响，结果显示：钩吻总碱０．９ｍｇ／ｋｇ组对大鼠呼吸、血压、心电及脑电四项指标均无明显影响。１．８ｍｇ／ｋｇ组对呼吸及脑电无明显影响，但药后２０－４０ｍｉｎ时出现血压下降，心率减慢（Ｐ＜０．０５），６０ｍｉｎ后血压和心率逐渐恢复正常。３．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ组对呼吸、血压、心电和脑电均有显著影响（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明该药随着剂量的增大，上述四项指标的抑制过程呈正变量效关系，提示临床使用该药时要严格控制剂量。This paper reports the effect of Gelsemine Total Alkaloid Injection on breathing,blood-pressure,electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram of anesthesia rat. As a result,0.9mg/kg group of botal alkaloid of Gelsminm elegans Bench has no remarked effect on the four in dexes above mentioned,1.8mg/kg group has no obvious effect on breathing and electroen cephalogram.But in 20-40min after injection,the blood-pressure decreased and the heart rate gets to slow(p<0. 05),in 60min ,the blood-pressure and heart rate get to recovery,3.6mg/kg group has obvious effect on the four indexes(p<0.01).It indicates that along with in creased dosage there is a positive dose-effect relationship during the inhibiting courses of four indexes,which suggestes that the dosage should be strickly controlled in clinical applicatio.
