体育院校毕业生竞争力评估指标的研究

摘　　要：随着高等院校毕业生就业体制改革的不断深化,毕业生就业途径与以往相比,已经发生了根本性的变化。大学毕业生的就业与发展成为了一个全社会关心的问题。采用文献资料法、访问调查法、特尔斐法、层次分析法等方法对体育院校毕业生竞争力评估进行分析研究,研究体育院校毕业生竞争力的概念内涵,建立体育院校毕业生竞争力的评价指标体系,探寻评价体育院校毕业生竞争力的有效方法。为体育院校培养出符合用人市场需求的合格人才提供理论和方法依据,为体育院校改革提供理论支撑。With the deepening reforms of job-seek system of undergraduates in higher education, the fundamental changes emerged in the job-seeking channels when compared with the traditional ones. The employment and the career development of college graduates have become an outstanding concern of the society. With the combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, and mathematics statistics, this study conducted an analysis on the competition ability of the graduates from sports colleges, in order to explore the concept connotation of the competition ability of the graduates from sports colleges, establish the evaluation index system for sports college students, and probe the effective methods of evaluating the competition ability of the graduates from sports colleges. It was proposed to provide theoretical evidence and methods of cultivating the qualified talents who fulfill the requirements of the job market.
