摘　　要：借鉴管理心理学、社会心理学,运动心理学的研究成果,以我国男子U19的十支球队为调查对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、社会测量法、数理统计法等方法,初步调查了我国U-19岁男子足球队队员间人际关系的基本状况,揭示了影响我国U-19男子足球队队员间人际关系的因素,并以影响因素为切入点,探讨改善我国U-19男子足球队队员间人际关系的对策。为从管理角度提高球队成绩,做一些有益的探索。Based on the research results of management psychology, social psychology and sport psychology, by adopted documentary method, interview method, questionnaire investigating method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method this paper conducted an analysis on influential factors of interpersonal relationship among U-19 man football team players. In the perspective of the influential factors, the strategy that aims to improve interpersanal relationship among U- 19 man football team players was proposed, thereby providing the help reference for improving the score of the football team in the view of management.
