摘 要:胜古庄危改小区锅炉房工程,全部埋置于地下,深约14.57m,地下水位在地表以下3m。为抵抗地下水的浮力,采用60多根预应力锚杆与底板相连接。该工程首先用旋喷桩加固底板以下的地层,预应力锚杆的钻孔作业是在旋喷桩体内完成的。本文结合工程实例,介绍了这种全新的基础抗浮设计方案,并详细介绍了该设计的要点及计算步骤,最后对该设计所取得的效益及后期推广做了总结分析。The boiler house of Sheng Gu Zhuang residential quarter is located under the ground. The depth of the foundation is about 14.57m, and the groundwater level is 3.0m below the surface. In order to resist the buoyancy more than 60 prestressed anchor bars are used to connect the baseplate. For the project the jet grouting piles are firstly used to reinforce the bearing stratum, then the bars are installed in the reinforced bodies. In association with the engineering practice the new type of deisgn scheme for resisting buoyancy of foundation is introduced. The key points and procedure of the design are stated in detail, and the benefit of the design and its popularization are analyzed.
