摘　　要：基于单工厂、多产品、多分销中心的供应链网络,研究生产企业的产销运作协调问题.根据给定的假设条件,建立多周期混合整数规划模型,对产销环节进行同步优化.通过对模型的等价转换,设计拉格朗日松弛启发式算法进行求解.最后,给出数值算例验证算法的有效性,计算结果表明产销运作协调可以有效地降低供应链成本.The paper studies coordinated production-distribution operation problem in manufacturing supply chain network comprised of single plant, multiple products and multiple distribution centers. A multi-period mixed integer programming model is proposed according to the assumptions, whose aim to synchronously optimize production and distribution. Lagrangian relaxation heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model by equivalent transformation. Finally, a numeral example is given to validate effectiveness of the algorithm. The computational result shows that coordinated production-distribution operation can remarkably reduce supply chain cost.
