摘　　要：目的:研究β-CD包合止咳颗粒中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:正交试验法,以油利用率和成品率为考察指标。结果:优选出包合工艺为:挥发油∶β-CD为1∶6,包结温度为35℃,包合时间为30m in。结论:此工艺可用于大生产。Objective ：To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil from Zhike granules. Method： The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the utilazision ratio of volatile oil from Zhike granules , the oil - bearing rate. Results：The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as ： volatile oil ： β - CD was 1： 6,the inclusion temperature was at 35℃ and inclusion time for 30 min. Conclusion ：The method can be used for mass production.
