摘　　要：目的提高腹膜透析护理质量,减少病人住院时间,减轻病人经济负担。方法制定腹膜透析病人护理流程图并应用于实践。结果实行腹膜透析病人护理流程图后护理质量明显提高,平均住院日、平均住院费用明显降低。结论流程图的使用可规范护理工作,获得经济与社会效益。Objective To improve the quality of nursing,decrease hospitalization days and reduce the economic burden for patients with peritoneum dialysis. Method A nursing flowchart for peritoneum dialysis patients was developed and applied in clinical nursing. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing obviously,reduced the average hospitalization day and average hospitalzation charge. Conclusion The application of nursing flowchart could standardize the procedure of nursing work and achieved favorable social and economic benefits.
