摘  要:目的探讨对精神科陪伴人员实施健康教育的方法,提高患者的依从性,和谐护患关系,防范医疗纠纷。方法以护理程序为框架,评估教育对象、确定教育内容、丰富教育形式、反馈教育结果、完善教育措施。结果患者依从性提高,住院时间缩短;患者满意度提高,护患纠纷减少。结论对精神科陪伴人员实施健康教育能倡导科学就医行为,良好的个人素质能提高教育效果,主动的干预措施能有效防范医疗纠纷。Objective To explore the means of health education for the accompany personnel in psychiatric department, in order to improve patients' compliance,harmonize nurse -patient relationship,and prevent medical disputes. Methods Based on the framework of nursing process, the following measures were carried out,including assessment of the education target,identifying education contents, adopting diversified education means,evaluating the outcomes of education by feedback and improving education measures. Results This practice improved patients' compliance, decreased hospital days,increased patients' satisfaction and reduced nursing disputes. Conclusion Providing health education for the accompany personnel in psychiatie department could promote the scientific hospitalization behaviors, Favorable personal quality was helpful to improve the effect of health education and active intervention could prevent medical disputes effectively.
