摘  要:目的精神病患者疾病慢性迁延、易复发、住院时间长,以封闭式管理为主,娱乐活动较少,建设“快乐医疗”护理文化,提高护理质量,促进患者康复。方法①确立“仁爱为怀,诚信为本”的护理理念。②建设“快乐医疗”护理文化。③完善护理规章制度。④服务流程再造,延伸快乐链,把整个护理服务流程分为导医、待医、就医、问药、医后等环节。结果住院患者的满意度从90.2%上升到97.6%,健康教育知晓率达到了96.2%,未发生护患纠纷和精神科意外事件。结论“快乐医疗”护理文化是提高护士素质、护理质量和护理服务的有效途径。Objective The patients with mental disorders characterized as chronic course of disease,easy to relapse,long hospitalization,close management style and deficiency in recreational activities,the purpose of this paper was to improve the quality of nursing and facilitate patients' recovery through the construction of "happy medical treatment" nursing culture. Methods The following uroasures were carried out,such as establishing the nursing philosophy of "to be benevolent and honest" ;constructing the nursing culture of " happy medical treaturont" ;perfecting nursing rules and regulations;modifying service process, broadening the "happy chain", dividing the whole nursing service procedure into the several links : guiding, waiting, consulting, hospitalization and discharge. Results Through one year of the practice,patients' satisfaction raised from 90, 2% to 97,6% ,the understanding rate of health cdueation reached 96, 2%, As a result,no nursing dispute and accident occurred in psychiatric department. Conclusion The construction of " happy medical treatment" nursing culture was provided to be an effective means to improve nurses' diathesis and quality of nursing.
