摘　　要：通过技术集成形式,唐钢将意大利达涅利公司的FTSC薄板坯连铸机、美国布里克蒙公司的辊底式加热炉、日本三菱公司的PC轧机、日本石川岛播磨公司的高速飞剪和地下卷取机等优势技术组合在一起,形成了独具特色的超薄热带生产线。并通过浸入式水口、保护渣国产化研究和对漏钢预报、铁素体轧制和半无头轧制等技术完善与创新,使超薄热带生产线达到年产300万t的生产能力。Tang steel built-up an ultra thin hot strip plant through integrating the advanced Danieli FTSC （flexible thin slab caster）, Bricmont tunnel furnace, Mitsubishi PC rolling mill, IHI high speed shear and high speed down coiler. Through localization of manufacture of SEN（submerged entry nozzle） and supply of mould powder for thin slab casting and technology improvement, innovation of breakout prediction system, ferrite rolling, semi-endless rolling and so on, the productivity of the plant reaches to 3000000 ton coils per year.
