摘　　要：采用１，１０－二氮杂菲－铁（Ⅲ）分光光度法测定长托普利糖衣片含量。平均回收率为９９．８７％，ＲＳＤ为０．４０％，方法简单快速，结果准确。A simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible method for the spectrophotomtery of captopril tablets, based on the oxidation reaction of captopril with a mixture of iron(Ⅲ) and 1,10-phenanthroline is described.The indirect quantitation of the product was carried out at 510nm for ferroin.The regression equation is A=0.0648+0.0509C,r=0.9998.The standard curve was linear within 2￣10μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.87% and RSD was 0.40%.
